ACTION ITEMS - AGENCY

 

1.         WARRANT REGISTERS - It is recommended AGENCY approve the warrant registers dated May 23, 2007 in the total amount of $10,946.25 and May 30, 2007 in the total amount of $7,068.55.

 

2.         PROPOSED ALONDRA CENTER NORTH REDEVELOPMENT PROJECT – PURCHASE OF REAL PROPERTY – APN 8088-018-031 15029-15033 ALONDRA BOULEVARD, LA MIRADA, CALIFORNIA – It is recommended AGENCY approve the purchase of property located at 15029-15033 Alondra Boulevard and authorize the Executive Director to execute all necessary documents.

3.         WARRANT REGISTERS – It is recommended CITY COUNCIL approve the warrant registers dated May 23, 2007 in the total amount of $2,394,680.41 and May 30, 2007 in the total amount of $649,428.14.


 

4.             CASH CONTRACT NO. 2006-04 SPLASH! LA MIRADA REGIONAL AQUATICS CENTER – REQUEST FOR PARTIAL PAYMENTS – It is recommended CITY COUNCIL authorize partial payment to Anderson Charnesky Structural Steel, Inc. in the amount of $54,595.00; to Cosco Fire Protection in the amount of $3,010.50; and to Winegardner Masonry in the amount of $267,282.00.
