Randy was born on September 2, 1971 in Bellflower, moved to La Mirada in 1975 when he was 4 years old. He went to Rancho Elementary School and Foster Road Elementary School. He graduated in 1989 from El Camino High School. August of that year, Randy enlisted in US Navy because his father, Dalvin, had been in the Navy. In the years Randy had been in the military, he had been stationed in various locations including Hawaii, Alaska, Japan and currently in San Diego. He has risen through the ranks, achieving Chief Petty Officer in September of 2002.
