“Bill” is the Chief Vehicle Policy Branch, Director of Logistics Readiness, Deputy Chief of Staff, Installations and Logistics at the Pentagon, Washington DC. Within this capacity, he formulates and implements Air Force policy for the Management Acquisition and Maintenance of the 82,000 motor vehicles, watercraft, and railroad equipment. He has received several service medals. He is married to Georgia (Holmes) and has two children, Brandon and Marian.

He was in the Pentagon on 9-11 but was unharmed.
