Running Jogging Program
A free running, jogging and walking program is offered by the City of La Mirada now through August 27 on Monday and Wednesday mornings.
The program is great for people to get in shape, burn energy, and make new friends. Running or walking with other people also helps to motivate participants. The instructor will focus on proper stretching techniques, strength, toning and having fun.
Runners and joggers will meet from 8:30 to 10 a.m. Walkers will meet from 10 to 11:30 a.m. Participants should meet at the La Mirada Community Gymnasium.
