Administrative Services

The Administrative Services Department monitors and reports on the financial status of the City and is responsible for accounting, budgets, business licenses, payroll, and benefits. The department is responsible for all treasury functions within the City. The Administrative Services Department is also responsible for personnel functions. Staff conducts new employee processing and exit interviews, processes job performance reviews and administers the City's Personnel policies in a fair and efficient manner.
