Animal Licensing –

How do I obtain a dog license?

            To obtain a dog license, you may go to the La Mirada Community Sheriff’s Station, located at 13716 La Mirada Boulevard, and you must bring the following items to register your dog:

1.                 The dog’s vaccination record.

2.                 A record of the dog being spayed or neutered.

3.                 A licensing fee (the registration fee is based upon the dog being spayed or neutered.

Crime Prevention Information can be received at the La Mirada Community Sheriff’s Station.

Crime Reports – Copies of crime reports can be retrieved for a $.25 per page fee at the La Mirada Community Sheriff’s Station.

Garage Sale Permits are issued at the La Mirada Community Sheriff’s Station for a $10 fee and a $50 deposit.  The $50 deposit is refundable if the resident complies with the regulations on the backside of the permit.

Kid Prints are taken at the La Mirada Community Sheriff’s Station free of charge.

Traffic Reports – Copies can be obtained at the La Mirada Community Sheriff’s Station for a fee of $.25 per page.
