The City of La Mirada offers a FREE morning exercise program specifically designed for all La Mirada Seniors. If you are of 50 years or better and this sound like something you could enjoy, come on down to the Community Gymnasium. Program hours may vary, please be sure to pick up an updated schedule each quarter. All classes are held at the Community Gymnasium

Sunrise Hoops For Seniors

Have some fun playing basketball with other seniors at the Community Gym. Men and women of all skill levels are encouraged to participate. A discounted Senior Citizens Annual Gym membership ($20) or Day Pass must be purchased.
