The Leaders in Training (L.I.T.) program is for teens ages 13-17 to gain experience in a work environment, develop skills in leadership, and explore the field of recreation. This program is tailored to enable youth to build communication skills, gain confidence, and prepare them to be future leaders. The program gives Leaders in Training participants the opportunity to assist with various recreational programs and facilities within the City in a fun and interesting environment. 

Applications are being accepted at the La Mirada Resource Center.
