Background: Alondra Boulevard from Valley View Avenue to Stage Road had a pavement rehabilitation project completed in 2013.  This pavement was due for slurry seal as preventive maintenance.  Alondra Boulevard from Stage Road to Mottley Drive showed signs of pavement failure and was in need of pavement rehabilitation.   

Work

Work included repair of damaged concrete curb, gutter and sidewalks, installation or upgrades of ADA ramps, modification of the raised center median west of Stage Road, crack sealing and patching the pavement, asphalt pavement overlay of slurry seal, and replacement of roadway striping including changes necessary to install an additional westbound left-turn lane at Trojan Way.
