Scope of Work
Project Area A:
• Removal and replacement of damaged curb, gutter, and sidewalk, slotted cross gutters, street pavement with subgrade failure, and surface grind and overlay of all street pavement
• Handicap curb access ramps will be added where appropriate and some existing ramps will be removed to meet current Americans with Disabilities Act access requirements
• Rehabilitation of storm drains
Project Area B:
• Removal and replacement of damaged curb, gutter, and sidewalk, and surface grind and overlay of street pavement
• Areas in relatively good condition will be slurry sealed to maximize the remaining useful life expectancy of the street pavement

• Leffingwell Road to the north
• La Mirada Boulevard to the east
• Imperial Highway to the south
• Telegraph Road to the west

• Imperial Highway to the south
• Stamy Road from Leffingwell Road to Lemon Drive
• Santa Gertrudes Avenue from Lemon Drive to Imperial Highway east

Project Cost
• Measure I is expected to generate $20-$25 million in revenues over the next five years
Funding Source
• La Mirada voters approved Measure I, a one percent transactions and use tax, in November 2012 and the tax went into effect on April 1, 2013
Project Duration
• September 2014 - January 2015
