Background: The exterior of the Neff House, George House and Carriage Barn became dilapidated as evidenced by visibly peeling paint.  The stucco exterior at the Neff House had several large corner cracks and was peeling near the base of the house due to water damage.  The condition of the exterior building walls was poor and all three buildings required rehabilitation of exterior surfaces. 

Work

This project included preparation and painting of all exterior surfaces including removal and replacement of existing Neff House stucco surface color coat.  The project also included repair or replacement of damaged wood trim and siding.
