Background: The asphalt concrete pavement on Valley View Avenue from Imperial Highway to Rosecrans Avenue has exceeded its useful life and is in need of rehabilitation.

Work

This project includes pavement rehabilitation, replacement of damaged curbs, gutter and sidewalk, upgrade of handicap access ramps to current ADA standards, and pavement striping and markings.
